As a confirmation of booking we request 50% deposit of the total price of your stay by bank transfer or through paypal (the latter with a 5€ surcharge, due to
related administrative costs). Please contact us for further info and instructions.
Security deposit and booking confirmation
- A deposit of 100€ is requested on arrival, refunded at departure if no damage was caused.
- At the moment of booking is requested a payment of 50% of the total holiday cost by bank transfer or paypal.
- The rest of the price is to be paid at check-in.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation:

Full refund if the holiday is cancelled at least 30 days before arrival.

20% of total holiday cost is refunded if the cancellation is from 29 to 15 days before arrival;

No refund if the holiday is cancelled less than 15 days before arrival.
Administrative costs (bank fees) are not refundable.
